Electrical: 24 V DC SELV; class II LED drivers in rooftop boxes; 6 kV surge protection; IP65 quick connectors

Optics / Color: 120° wide batwing diffuser; 3000 K warm white; CRI ≥ 80 (public façade spec)

Mounting: Aluminum clip brackets at 0.6 m spacing; joints staggered; thermal gap 3 mm per joint; feed both ends on runs > 10 m to limit voltage drop < 5%

Control: Two modes—On/Off daily; DMX512 for weekend scenes via DALI-to-DMX bridge (time-schedule)

Acceptance Metrics:

Horizontal illuminance on cornice ≥ 80 lx; uniformity (Emin/Ē) ≥ 0.6

No visible bright/dark junctions at joints; ≤ 3% chromaticity shift along a 30 m run

Glare: viewing angle ≥ 20° below diffuser; no spill into guestrooms

Outcome: Clean, continuous light ribbon; strong night identity; > 55% energy saving vs. legacy neon rope and near-zero maintenance in the first year.
